I’m the founder of Tiny Dreamers Pediatric Sleep Consulting and a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. I’ve been where you are—navigating the exhaustion, frustration, and overwhelm that sleepless nights can bring.
My journey into sleep consulting started with my son, who struggled with frequent night awakenings. Implementing effective sleep strategies transformed not only his sleep but our entire family’s well-being. That experience sparked a passion in me to help other families achieve the same relief and joy that we experienced.
With a degree in psychology and hands-on experience as a mom, I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help your little one sleep better. My approach is entirely personalized because I believe every family is unique, and the best solutions are the ones tailored to your child and parenting style.
Outside of sleep consulting, I love spending time with my family, drinking coffee, and finding joy in the little moments of parenthood. I’m here to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to create healthy sleep habits for your child—and reclaim your own rest in the process.
