This short application is the first step toward better rest for your child — and for you.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the short application form below.
    This gives me a quick overview of your sleep goals and helps me determine if we're a good fit.

  2. If it’s a match, I’ll send you the next steps within 1–2 business days.
    You’ll receive your intake questionnaire and invoice.

  3. Once your invoice is paid and your questionnaire is complete, I’ll get to work on your customized sleep plan.
    You’ll also be able to schedule our plan review call.

  4. After our call, you'll have two full weeks of support.
    I’ll be available for ongoing guidance, troubleshooting, and encouragement as you implement the plan.
